In a world where everything is connected, resilience data delivery is a must. To achieve it, we need a network that works well. This is an introductory course in networking technologies. By completing this course, the students are expected to know basic things related to transmission media, as well as the underlying technologies, understand how a link is shared between hosts, be able to describe the hop-to-hop and end-to-end connectivity, know how the applications make use of the network and finally, capable to handle a small network.
This is an international class. All teaching materials, discussions and evaluations are in English.
